Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

Lottie’s Lace and Ruffles Return Policy 

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions 

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unless otherwise specified. 
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return. 
  • Exceptions: Discounted, damaged/soiled items are not eligible for return. 

Return Process  

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lottieslaceruffles@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  2. Secure Packaging: Package the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. 
  3. Shipping Costs: 
    • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  1. Return Address: Please ship your return to the following address: Lottie's Lace and Ruffles, RMA #, PO Box 543, Pooler, Ga 31322.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. 

Refunds 

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
